LotBoss’s role

LotBoss provides storefront and inquiry-routing tools. We do not sell vehicles, act as a dealership, guarantee a response, or guarantee vehicle availability, pricing, financing, or any transaction outcome.

Salesperson responsibilities

Salespeople are responsible for their storefront content, representations, inventory statements, communications, dealership policies, and compliance with laws that apply to their communications with shoppers.

Shopper submissions

Shoppers may submit inquiry information to the named salesperson and dealership. Submit only information you are entitled to provide, and do not use the service to send abusive, deceptive, or automated submissions.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the service, bypass form protections, scrape private data, impersonate another person, upload infringing content, or use LotBoss for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive activity.

Content and accounts

Users retain responsibility for the content they provide and grant LotBoss the limited rights needed to host and display it through the service. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, the service, or legal rights.

Limitations

The service is provided as available. Nothing here promises uninterrupted availability or a particular commercial result. Additional limitations and governing-law terms require legal review before launch.
